Huge congrats to the Southmoore Class of 2024! Seniors crossed the stage last night at the OU Lloyd Noble Center in front of their families and friends. Diplomas were presented to each graduate by MPS Board Members Erin Morrison, Allison Richey, Mandy Kincannon, Staci Pruett, and Jenny Nguyen-Statler.
Senior Principal Spencer Braggs and School Principal Chealsi Conley shared their congratulations and encouragement to their seniors. MPS Superintendent Dr. Robert Romines shared thoughts on how to progress after high school and also shared his congratulations.
Valedictorian address was given by Kade Janzen and Senior Class Pres. Elyana Lopez shared thoughts with classmates about their time together at SHS. She then passed the torch of learning and excellence to Junior Class Pres. Peyton Koepke. Lopez and Grant Tipton were named 2024 Miss and Mr. Southmoore High.
