Principal's Message

Welcome Back to the 2020-21 School Year! 

 

I am excited to begin this journey as the principal of Central Elementary. I am also grateful for the opportunity to get to know your family in the new school year.

 

A little about me…

I grew up in Moore and graduated from Moore High School.  Go Lions!  I attended the University of Oklahoma where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, a Masters degree and PhD in Administration, Supervision, and Curriculum. I taught sixth grade science for nine years at Fairview and Earlywine. I then moved to the ASC where I served as the science coordinator for nine years. I have been a principal for the past 15 years. 

Although this year looks different than any other year, the faculty and staff at Central are dedicated to providing your child the best educational experience possible.  We are committed to high academic standards, mutual respect, and providing your child a safe and positive learning environment.

I am looking forward to an AMAZING year of learning, serving, and building strong and meaningful relationships.
